If you create a business listing, you represent that you have the authority to share the information provided.
2. Listings & Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of every listing detail you submit, including contact information, media, and promotional content.
We reserve the right to edit or remove content that violates local regulations, intellectual property, or community guidelines.
3. Paid Plans & Trials
Paid listings include a free trial as indicated during checkout. After the trial ends the listed subscription price will be charged automatically unless canceled in advance.
Fees are non-refundable once a billing cycle begins. Canceling stops future renewals but does not credit unused time.
4. Magic Links & Security
Each listing receives a secure magic link for editing. Keep this link confidential—anyone with the link can update the profile.
Notify us immediately if you believe your link has been compromised so we can regenerate a new one.
5. Liability
Samui to the World strives to keep listings accurate but provides the directory “as-is” without warranties.
We are not liable for business outcomes, customer disputes, or service interruptions beyond our control.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
