Located at LANAI Bar & Lounge, SHIO is led by Chef Run, the culinary innovator behind Bangkok's In the Mood for Love. Known for its creative sushi rolls, such as Wave Rider and High Tide, Chef Run puts a unique twist on traditional Japanese flavors. SHIO serves premium seafood imported from Japan, including Chu-toro, Hamachi, and signature buns like Samui Song and Sassy Salmon. Main dishes include Gindara Saikyo Yaki (grilled black cod) and Chirashi Don (assorted sashimi on sushi rice). Enjoy the rustic-chic atmosphere and ocean views while sampling fresh, authentic sushi and creative dishes. Open seasonally from January to May 2025, Thursday to Tuesday, 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
